Sparing means...fighting...
yesterday i had a soo called fight wit ma member...
couse we bored nth to do...
ma friend in a Muay that Fighter...
and me is a Teakwondo-boi..
we fight2 till who fall down...
current score 1-1 about half an hour later...
i give him a low spinning kicks...
but i missed...
den he gave me a tight kicks on my perut...
that part when i wan breathing and he kicks....
nasib tk sesak nafas...
den the guy ask to stop...
dier kesian tgok aku..
wakakka!~
but nobody wins...
it's juz a frindly fight...
for me it's hard to fight with a friend of mine...
is like dunno larh....
the guy that it called a friend of mine fight...
macam susah nk abis kn dier...
kalau orang luar
aku tk knl...
itu lain cite arh..
fight btol2 nye fight...

before that fight..
we went to changkat to take N-Lvl cert..
but end up nahar sae... Feb baru kluar cert tuu..
